Eduardo Delgadillo

Edward is a Real Estate agent with over 11 years of experience, but more importantly, he's a Texan with a passion for helping individuals find the right homes. Whether they are buying, selling or investing, Edward serves each client with integrity and dedication, using expertise from many real estate areas.

Born and raised in Houston, Edward's fascination with architecture and design took hold in high school, where architectural drafting classes led to his decision to attend the ITT Technical Institute for Drafting. His education in architectural drafting allows him to look at small details and look closely at the quality of a home build, skills he uses to ensure better matches for clients.

When it became clear Edward wanted to help individuals realize their dream of home ownership, he began his journey at MHI Inc., selling new homes. There he was exposed to the building process and standards of building a quality, energy efficient home, and the importance of passing that information on to clients. After a stint in the city of Austin, expanding his knowledge of new home sales and marketing, Edward knew it was time to return home to Houston, where he transitioned to residential sales.

Over his career, Edward's experience working for a large broker and holding key positions in several successful Inner Loop boutique firms has resulted in better service for his clients. He's managed more than 200 listings and knows what it means to run a successful real estate firm behind the scenes, so he understands the importance of organization and the fact that time is of the essence. Edward is proactive and makes sure things are taken care of ahead of time, to speed the process along and reduce client anxiety

Edward currently works the Greater Houston Area, specializing in the Medical Center, Museum District, Montrose, and Upper Kirby areas, with experience in the West University, Southside Place, Braeswood Place, Bellaire and Heights neighborhoods. During his downtime, you can find Edward spending quality time with family and friends, trying new restaurants around town, going to the gym and taking walks in Memorial Park.
