About Diana Dao

A career in real estate has always been a natural fit for Diana. Her ability to negotiate and provide expert analysis on properties, coupled with her ability to connect with people and identify their needs in a house, gives her the unique ability to make home buying or selling a rewarding, low-stress experience.

Diana is a Texas A&M University honors graduate with a Masters in Marketing and Bachelors in Accounting. Before starting her career in real estate and pursing a true passion, Diana worked as an assistant buyer at the corporate headquarter of Neiman Marcus, then launched a 5 ½ year career in audit and operations for PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC), as well as marketing for the largest healthcare system in Texas at Memorial Hermann. Diana's diverse experience in luxury retail, accounting, and marketing allows her to offer clients the best combination of business acumen, professionalism, and an eye for detail while still providing a highly personable experience with exceptional customer service.

The purchase or sale of a home is typically one of the largest investment decisions for many people. Diana works with a range of clients, including first-time home buyers/sellers to adept investors, and specializes in properties located in/near the 610 loop. Having lived or worked in the Heights, Upper Kirby, Medical Center, Downtown, and Memorial City areas, she is intimately familiar with the market.

Maintaining long-term relationships through her genuine interest in others and providing advice with peoples’ interest at heart is Diana’s philosophy in work and in personal life. Her charisma and love of connecting with people has naturally built an extensive network of clients and professional contacts she surrounds herself with. 10/10 Would Recommend! We interviewed 3 different realtors (all recommended to us from friends and family), and within minutes of meeting Diana, I knew she was the one. She was incredibly organized and took charge of the meeting - something we were looking for as first time home buyers. Before our meeting she sent us a lovely, well designed and informative packet. The way she took the time to review it with us to teach us what to expect from the process reflected very positively on her, her experience, her organization, presentation, attention to detail, what Ramsey calls the "heart of a teacher", and what she provides to clients - simplicity, transparency, clarity and care to name a few.

She and her fabulous assistant, Clare, answered our questions with incredible turnaround early in the morning and late at night. They were there for us every step of the way, giving expert advice, opinions, and recommendations on which houses to look at and which ones to pass on. They were flexible with showing times, which is a godsend when both clients work regular hours. She was able to negotiate 4% below asking for us in addition to keeping the appliances. During the closing process, they provided checklists of items to do with due dates to keep us organized and sent helpful handouts such as a list of utilities to sign up for and resources to learn more about each. Closing (esp for the first time) is an overwhelming process, and I cannot express in words how thankful I am that God sent us Diana to help us find our dream home and keep us on track to closing on it!

I interviewed multiple lenders, and ended up with the one Diana recommended, Zach Wolf with Revolution Mortgage, not because they had the best rate - although it was very competitive - but because the level of service was much higher than any bank or even FCU. I was surprised at closing that the title company (whom the sellers chose) even preferred working with Revolution over FCU because of how easy and streamlined Revolution makes things. Again with inspectors, I looked into several, and the one that Diana recommended (Houston Inspections) came out on top. Diana's team advocated for our title company to drop the appraisal company they were initially using in favour of one that they knew provided better customer care (Precision Surveyors) & the title company complied. After this experience, I'm convinced Diana only works with the best companies in the industry, so you will be in good hands the whole way through. We have already recommended her & Zach to someone and hope that you will do yourselves a favour and choose her for your real estate needs.

Diana was great to work with! Straight to the point being both professional and poised. One of the easiest transactions Ive had and hope to work with her again.
