About David Mills

I am a Real Estate professional with an emphasis on educating home buyers and sellers so that they can make informed decisions. I believe that the role of the Real Estate Agent has shifted to one that is required to be more knowledgeable about current market conditions in a a given area and having the ability to deliver such information in a seamless way. Sellers and Buyers have access to a wealth of information and I aim to be one of those doorways for quick and accurate response with the human element of building relationships.

I have invested in real estate properties my self for many years and understand the common ways that investors prefer to asses a potential purchase and the ways the we like to transition in and out of properties. This also allows me to help some sellers who may find themselves in unique situations where they would like to have to most hassle free sell of their home while maintaining the equity that they have created.
