Dave started investing in properties in 2006. Instead of selling his first home, he rented it to a friend who needed a place for his family to live. Then, guided by his local Realtor, he began looking for, analyzing, and buying properties -- rentals, flips, BRRRR, yield plays, if the numbers made sense, he pursued it. Today, he owns a number of rental properties and is always eager to share the value of owning such an asset.
Soon after moving back to Houston, Dave decided to become a full-time Realtor and investor, is now a Licensed Real Estate Broker, and has consistently received awards as a top producer at Connect Realty!
His goal is to help folks like he was helped. Crafting a solution that fits the current needs and long-term goals for each client....a new home, an investment property, a commercial building, a vacation home, whichever is most important for you.
Dave's off time is filled with playing tennis and golf, running road races with his 4 children, tending to his yard and vegetable garden, and grilling whenever he can.
