My name is David Dancel, and I am a native Houstonian who resides in Katy, TX. I've been working in real estate as a Real Estate Investor/Developer and now a Top Producing Full-Time Agent at the NextGen Real Estate. Before stepping into real estate, I was in the Healthcare and The Health and Wellness industry. Those industries have given me the skills to provide the quality of care and needs toward others, along with remaining empathetic and sympathetic towards my clients needs in every step of the home buying/selling process. The traits that I have obtained, helped me become a successful Real Estate Agent, and allows my business to continue to thrive and grow. I am extremely active in Houston and the surrounding areas.
