Cynthia has been licensed since 2005 and obtained her brokers license in the fall of 2008. Her college degree in Interior Design/Architecture from Texas State University gives her a unique perspective in staging a home for sale, but also in the prediction of cost and necessary remedial work that should be done in order to sell a home.
