About Connie Renouard

Connie Renouard is a "Best of Zillow" Premier Agent, serving the North Houston area including The Woodlands, Magnolia, Spring, Tomball, Conroe & Montgomery. She specializes in residential re-sale, new home construction, home renovation, property management, leasing, home staging and innovative marketing strategies for her clients.

Connie has called The Woodlands her hometown since 1974. Connie comes from a family of long time Real Estate professionals, who have been helping families buy and sell homes in the North Houston area for the past 40+ years. She graduated from Baylor University in 1991 with degrees in Communications and Interior Design. In 2004 Connie founded "Home Stagers of The Woodlands", a company designed to partner with local area realtors, marketing high end properties for top dollar prices. In 2017, Re/Max The Woodlands & Spring recruited Connie to join their firm as a licensed sales associate. Today, Connie works as a realtor for Parkway Realty with a focus on residential home sales and leasing.
