Archie was the PERFECT real estate agent for my husband and myself. If I had to sum him up in three words professional, exceptional communication, and encouraging. He was ALWAYS professional and well organized and prepared for each house that he showed. His communication was exceptional. I preferred phone calls when we would receive information that we didn't understand as a 1st-time homebuyer and he had no problem explaining it if it was 1 or 100 pages. My husband preferred the text messages, so he was able to communicate with our preferred communication method. He would also follow up to encourage us when we would have moments of doubt and reassure us about the housing process. My husband summed him up in three words patient, encouraging, and honest integrity. He stated that being a 1st time home buyer was heard to be an intense process but with having Archie as our realtor. He was able to be our advocate as long as we communicated our concerns.
