When we compared Rogene Worley Middle School, which is a part of MANSFIELD ISD, with Brooks Wester Middle School, which is a part of MANSFIELD ISD, we noted a slight difference in ratings.
Rogene Worley Middle School’s regular student population is 685 with a 13.3 students/teacher ratio. The student population at Brooks Wester Middle School is 1,049 students and a 15.4 students/teacher ratio.

It is in this area where the two schools differ. Rogene Worley Middle School’s only distinction designation is in Mathematics. Brooks Wester Middle School's six out of seven distinctions are in Reading/English Language Arts (ELA), Mathematics, Social Studies, post-secondary, with 25% student progress and 25% closing performance gaps.
Based on Racial/Ethnic Groups, Whites or Caucasians comprise the biggest group at Rogene Worley Middle School. They make up for 36.06% of student population, followed by Hispanics (33.58%), African Americans (19.56%), Asians (5.55%), Two or More Races (4.96%) and Native Americans (0.29%).
The student population at Brooks Wester Middle School is also predominantly by Whites or Caucasians at 38.42%, followed by Hispanics (23.45%), African Americans (23.07%), Asians (8.67%), Two or More Races (5.72%) and Native Americans (0.38%).
Based on household incomes, Rogene Worley Middle School’s economically disadvantaged students is slightly higher at 41.17% compared to 32.89% at Brooks Wester Middle School.
In terms of Limited English Proficiency (LEP), a term used in the United States that refers to a person who is not fluent in the English Language, mainly because it is not their native language, Rogene Worley Middle School has a slightly higher number of English Language Learners comprising 10.51% of its student population compared to 5.24% at Brooks Wester Middle School.
In addition, Rogene Worley Middle School has 10.36% bilingual students, 8.03% are in the gifted and talented program, while 12.26% are in the special education program.
