Charlotte was raised in southeast Texas and attended Texas State University, where she earned her bachelor's degree in Business Management and her real estate license in 2010. She went on to be involved in many facets of the real estate industry, including property management, investing, and rentals. But she has spent most of her career facilitating sales transactions-- where her passion lies.

During her decade in the industry, Charlotte noticed some fundamental issues involving how real estate sales are conducted. She felt it was unfair to charge her clients more for selling properties with higher sale prices than for properties with lower prices. The same effort and skill are required to market and sell all properties, coupled with the fact that she offers the same high level of service to all her clients. Why charge different commission amounts for each transaction? She took a close look and decided to do things differently. In 2023 Charlotte founded Sage Real Estate, a flat fee brokerage that's revolutionizing how real estate sales work in Brazoria County and surrounding areas.

To Charlotte, this isn't a "sales" career. She's a guide and adviser along the path to the decision that makes the most sense for her clients. Her clients enjoy working with her thanks to her down-to-earth, friendly approach backed by her extensive knowledge and experience in the industry.

Outside of work, Charlotte enjoys anything involving adventure or a new experience. Her passions include hiking, traveling, challenging herself through fitness, home improvement projects, and spending time with her two boys, Liam and Jesse.
