“We are busy professionals with young children, who only had one week to get to know the area. From the beginning, Cate was generous with her time and knowledge. She spoke with us for over an hour to discuss the different subdivisions in Sugar Land and Katy. Cate was also open to us interviewing another realtor big agency offering a slightly lower commission , and we still chose to work with her after touring first with the other realtor. She shared contacts for mortgage, title, insurance as well as contractors for roofing plumbing painting, and etc. She also strategized negotiations with and secured a closing credit from the sellers. Finally, since we were out-of-state for two months, Cate shared the final walkthrough via video and also coordinated completion of some small projects.
