Brittany Utterback

Brittany offers solid real estate knowledge, a wealth of contacts, expertise, and a warm, outgoing personality. With a talent for putting buyers and sellers together, Brittany works effectively in all of Houston's finest neighborhoods. She specializes and has lived in Memorial, Tanglewood and Briargrove.

Brittany is a native Houstonian and graduated from The University of Texas at Austin. She is consistently recognized as a Greenwood King Top Producer, named "Rookie of the Year" in 2012 and most recently named one of Houston Association of Realtors "Top 20 Under 40 Rising Stars."

Outside of real estate, Brittany actively volunteers at The Kinkaid School, The Junior League of Houston and is a member of the Houston Racquet Club. Brittany is passionate about tennis, travel and real estate and says, "I'm very fortunate to love what I do."
