About Brian Chiu

Brian started in real estate by building his real estate investment portfolio, and fell in LOVE with real estate along the way. As a former HR executive in the healthcare and oil and gas industries, he found his ability to lead people and projects, and taking great care of clients transitioned beautifully to selling real estate. Brian loves to make sure his clients feel confident he will take amazing care of them and make one of the biggest decisions a person or family can make as easy as possible for them. Brian earned his bachelor's degree from Baylor University and holds an MBA from Rice University. Brian is married to his lovely wife May, and along with their two young boys, enjoy as much family time as possible together.

Brian Chiu deserves 6 stars if it was possible. His patience with and care for my particular wishes made the whole experience so much better. Never did I feel any pressure to make a decision even though he drove out many many times to show me houses. Always courteous and smiling. His knowledge of the Houston Real Estate market resulted in the right house in the right location for the right price. Very grateful for all the effort and knowledge Brian put in. I would highly recommend him to anyone for their Houston real estate needs

Throughout this process, we received expert advice and support from our agent Brian Chiu. He has been a trooper, never giving up on us, and ultimately helping us land our dream home. We have come to trust his judgement and he never steered us wrong.
We have had many frank and open exchanges in which Brian always listened and was attentive to our requests. He offered options and gave us good feedback to help us arrive at a sound decision on multiple occasions.
Currently living out-of-state, we were initially apprehensive about the possibility of finding the right home, but Brians transparency and openness set us at ease and made us feel confident that he could act as our eyes and ears during the home buying process. We do not regret that decision at all. We are quite satisfied with Brians performance and would certainly recommend him to all our family and friends who are thinking of relocating to Houston.
