Today I wanted to share with you all things Green Trails, Houston TX. Keep in mind each suburb, city, and neighborhood has so much to offer. I know that there are so many to choose from in the Houston area, and I know there is one that perfectly fits your needs. WHY PEOPLE LOVE GREEN TRAILS IN HOUSTON TX

Where is Green Trails:
Located in the Houston towards the Katy area, off of I-10. Accessible from South Fry road, Barker Cypress road, and Kingsland boulevard.

Why folks choose Green Trails:
This is neighborhood is known for its winding, tree-lined streets & small town vibe. They offer mostly larger, traditional style homes on very spacious lots that have beautiful mature trees. This community is full of nature, has great amenities, and is in a desirable location near highly rated schools.

Amenities in Green Trails:

Residents here have access to 6 parks and an amazing trail system. Theres Gerri Ayers Recreation Center which has a pool & tennis courts, Park Cypress Recreation Center where theres another pool & more tennis courts, Desert Ivy Park which has a splash pad, as well as Crescent Green Park, Crescent Green Pocket Park, and Wisdom Woods Park.

District Rating:
A+. Katy ISD rates number 15 as the “Best School Districts in Texas.” Parents and students love the schools and there are no schools in Katy ISD that have less than a B rating.

Nearby:
Residents have an easy drive to shopping centers like Katy Mills Mall, as well as LaCenterra at Cinco Ranch which is a super fun outdoor hub for shopping, dining & entertainment, with a large green space for frequent local events & festivals. Theres also an HEB, Kroger, Walmart, Costco, Sams Club, Top Golf, Texas Childrens Hospital, At Home, Target, and so much more.
