Although I tend to favor the clean lines and simplicity of midcentury modern architecture, I do appreciate and love other types of architecture as well. Spanish influenced homes are also one of my favorites and this HOME is a spectacular example.
Tucked away behind extensive landscaping, this home offers privacy and an impressive pedigree. It has been owned by Katherine Hepburn and Boris Karlov. And now it can be yours if you are moving to Beverly Hills and have almost 9,000,000. For those of us with smaller wallets and no plans to move to California, we can just enjoy the pictures and dream.
