Vision Board - Why not give it a try?

Vision Board

Even though I am a painter this project was a little woo-woo for me.  Another agent invited me to her home to make one.  She invited her neighbors and friends from her kid’s school.  I was nervous sitting next to the psychologist.  I didn’t want her to read into my vision board.  She had a lot of skiing pictures on hers.  The host’s instructions were simple.  Look through magazines and pick out things you like.  Don’t question yourself.  Just cut or tear and paste it on the sheet.  I love collage.  Not too hard, however, the tough part was not thinking too hard and to not judge the pictures.  I have some weird things on my board.  I have gold butterflies, desserts that I put upside down, houses, boats and a knitted bunny. Right in the center are the words “Comedy Oddball Comedy.”  Oh and there is a lot of food.   I have hung this right in my office, just over the view of my computer.  I look at it all the time.  So, what will this year bring?  Will the vision board be a guide?  I will let you know in December.  Give it a try.  It might be telling for your own life.
