Hello there. Today, I wanted to share with you the most popular and best master-planned communities of Magnolia, Texas. To be considered for this list, you need to be master-planned and be highly desirable for one reason or another. Most of these neighborhoods and communities have the best amenities around, and each one is loved for different reasons. Location with proximity to Houston or major highways, one of the fastest-growing and most desirable suburbs in Houston, and also home to the biggest retail and entertainment complexes, are the top three reasons why someone considers one neighborhood over the other. 1. Audubon – An amazing 3,000-acre master-planned community in Magnolia, Texas! Audubon is said to be “one of the most dynamic master-planned communities in Magnolia to live, work, and play” and was developed by multiple award-winning home builders. It has amazing amenities far beyond traditional amenities! Club Audubon is an amenity center that features a beautiful resort-style pool, splash-friendly water features, and plenty of indoor and outdoor spaces to gather. Audubon is surrounded by miles of nature-filled trails, and some may spot the beautiful natural wildlife roaming through the woods. The 2023 tax rate for this community is 3.31%.

2. High Meadow Ranch – This is a large, custom-acreage community centered around the High Meadow Ranch Golf Club. It features lot sizes from 1 to 10 acres and luxurious custom homes. The community is heavily wooded and boasts amazing golf course views, scenic water features, and expansive nature, and is proud to be horse-friendly. The amenities here include a community recreation center with a pool, tennis courts, baseball fields, an inline skating area, and basketball facilities, as well as having so much nature to appreciate. Residents also have the option of joining the High Meadow Ranch Golf Club, where there's a pro shop, Ogie's Grill, and they can take golf lessons. The 2023 tax rate for this community is 2.11%.

3.NorthGrove – NorthGrove is a master-planned community located in Magnolia, Texas, which offers a traditional sense of community that meets luxury living. They have beautiful homes and the opportunity to build. The community's amenities here include a community clubhouse with a 24-hour fitness center, an indoor children's play area, and both indoor and outdoor entertaining areas. There's also a stunning resort-style pool with luxurious lounge seating and over 200 acres of green spaces with open fields! Chambers Creek is minutes away from The Woodlands and major Highways. The 2023 tax rate for this community is 3.37%.

4. Mostyn Manor – Mostyn Manor is a residential community with 301 acres, located next to Lake Conroe, The Woodlands Mall, and Woodlands Medical Centers. It provides country living with easy access to shopping and entertainment as well as outstanding medical facilities. Amenities include several parks, picnic areas, and trails for walking or biking. There's also a community lake with tons of surrounding nature that offers scenic views and makes for fun outdoor adventures. The 2023 tax rate for this community is 1.86%.

5. Emory Glen – Emory Glen is a 221-acre master-planned community in blooming Magnolia, featuring a central hub with a planned playground, pool, and pavilion. Surrounded by walking paths and natural areas for outdoor recreation, the community allows residents to live life authentically and enjoy life’s simplest pleasures, inspired by nature, play, and community. The 2023 tax rate for this community is 3.26%.

6. Westwood – This is an oasis of city and country life, with all the conveniences of The Woodlands at your fingertips. You can enjoy all the shopping and dining districts, as well as nearby retail stores for your everyday needs. When it comes to water sports or fishing on Lake Conroe, just north of The Woodlands, you can enjoy over 21,000 surface acres of water! Most homes in Westwood are surrounded by beautiful pines, oaks, and other hardwood trees, creating the perfect setting for nature's top offering: an abundance of wildlife! The 2023 tax rate for this community is 1.76%. Most lots are 1/4 to 1/2 acre!
