It is almost time for everything to change colors. Exciting in Houston since we have two settings, hot and hotter as a general rule. HA! The housing market is steady; you will see a few price reductions and longer days on the market. Interest rates are also doing what you're hearing, the buzz is correct. They've risen! This does change affordability for most shoppers but fear not. The right house will be there at the right time!
