Almost Fall, Yall
Its almost time! I believe PSLs are coming back in...BE PREPARED. HAHA
We are seeing about 2.5-3 months of inventory which indicates a small pause. Im not able to think of it as anything more than that due to a balanced market being 6-7 months of inventory available. In our current climate, its WARM. VERY HUMID. In our current housing climate though, we are seeing a small dip in pricing (normalizing), and then an opportunity for buyers to view the home properly and make an informed decision. I personally welcome this change from the last two years.
