Slated to locate on Highway 59 near Rosenberg, in southwest Fort Bend county and zoned for schools within the Lamar Consolidated Independent School District, a massive new, 933-acre community, with more than 2,000 brand new homes is on is way with many of Houston’s top home builders already onboard.
