The 17 original wood double-hung sash windows in the house were restored in 2023 by Plum Alley Windowcraft. The original screens are stored in the garage but are in need of restoration.
The dining room built-in cabinet and colonnade cabinets have been updated with new period-style cabinet doors while retaining their original bead board backing.

The irrigation sprinkler system, installed in 2010, uses a Tefen dosing pump to distribute fertilizer and pesticides, though the current owner prefers to spot treat using organic methods.
