Everything went smooth. I did a transaction in remote mode from another state and was visiting for only one day, and Ben managed to show me an incredible amount of houses. With other agents, it would take days. We are incredibly picky about details, and Ben managed to find what we need, which is not that easy. But not only that. He helped to decrease the price significantly. He also explained everything very well, provided great recommendations on inspection/construction/other companies, did great explainer videos about houses and several videos about house inspections when I was remote. And as for me - these videos are much better and informative than even public videos from famous bloggers, which I was able to find on YouTube :) Ben managed the transaction brilliantly and always kept me updated and informed about all the deadlines, requirements, dates, etc. Everything starting from the initial tour to closing worked like a charm.
