Barbara Quintanal

Real Estate has been a part of Barbara's professional life for over 10 years. Working for a non-profit organization as a Bilingual Residential Mortgage Counselor, Barbara dedicated her early career in conserving homeownership through Pre-Purchase Counseling, helping individuals understand the ins and outs of homeownership and Loss Mitigation Counseling by education homeowners on opportunities to avoid losing their homes due to circumstances beyond their control. Originally from New Jersey, Barbara found a life long passion in Real Estate. She has impacted her community through a direct partnership with various organizations such as NJCC NJRestart Program to rehabilitate NJ homeownership, Legal Services of NJ, Monmouth County Chamber of Commerce and providing on-site counseling for events for Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac, HUD as well as several major lenders. Her involvement in the community includes providing Financial Education for the American Red Cross, Princeton Behavioral Health and various Domestic Violence Safe Homes. In her spare time, Barbara began working with a General Contractor where she learned to work alongside Inspectors to create Construction bids for Real Estate Owned Properties and oversee projects from start to finish. Falling further in love with real estate and homeownership Barbara began a successful Real Estate career in New Jersey before moving to Houston. Coming to Houston on a business trip, Barbara instantly fell in love with Houston and the surrounding areas and made the decision to bring her career and passions with her. Today, Barbara continues to serve her community through her membership with the National Association of Hispanic Real Estate Professionals, National Association to End Homelessness, and American Humane among others. When Barbara is not dedicating herself to real estate, homeownership, and charities she enjoys spending time with her Husband and daughter, and other interests such as cooking, crafting and the outdoors.
