I was born in raised in Arlington, Texas by a second-generation entrepreneur in the construction and real estate industry. While working in the family business from intern to assistant superintendent, I realized the importance of building relationships and networks in this sector. Because of these varied experiences, and my exposure and interests, I became a licensed real estate agent in 2019.

It takes a certain level of understanding and apprenticeship to be a key player in any industry you place yourself in. I enjoy exploring the various neighborhoods in Houston and observing the surrounding areas to best fit its clients. Houston has a unique characteristic by not having any zoning laws, which creates many options as I search for the best solutions for buyers and sellers.

My experiences have not always been in the area of real estate. During high school, I worked as a restaurant and room service server and front desk representative for a Hilton hotel as well as re-sold valuable shoes to a secondary market. The intrapersonal skills learned in these positions transcended over to college, where I created and implemented The Hog Ride, a transportation service for the University of Arkansas. This creation awarded me with an offer to be a part of BNSF, where I effectively learned and coordinated high-value projects in the transportation industry.

As a business creator, and account manager for BNSF, I strive to remain informed of the latest market trends, economic and area developments, and housing trends in areas that appeal to Houston's varied clients. My passion for the industry and for my increased knowledge of Houston allows me to do the best job in researching and seeking the best solution for your housing needs.

Claudia joined the number 1 real estate group in North America, Keller Williams International. Her office is located in The Woodlands, Houston, Texas. Claudia grew up learning a love of real estate from 3 generations actively involved in this wonderful profession. Claudia's high school job as Saturday Office Receptionist for a renowned local real estate office provided her a great foundation to build on, dealing with buyers and sellers directly. Since graduating with a Bachelor of Business honors in marketing & PR, Grad Dip Counseling she gained 15yrs senior communications experience in the corporate world. In 2004 she decided to focus her sales and marketing skills in real estate full time and joined the number 1 group in Sydney, Australia. Having moved to the US in 2008 Claudia is excited to bring her expertise, experience and energy to assist you in achieving your real estate goals.

I moved to Fayette County in 2013 and knew that this was where I belonged, walking through densely wooded land and jumping over creeks, discovering that perfect place for a pond or a dream house. It's just like being a kid all over again and I get to do this every day.
