Archie is an excellent realtor! Initially, we were going to buy a property and we submitted an offer on a home. During this process, Archie meticulously ran reports and researched the property beyond the call of duty. My husband and I decided not to buy the property and pivoted to leasing a property. Archie was so professional during this significant shift. Because we were moving internationally, we relied on Archie a lot. He toured all of the lease homes with us on FaceTime. We were able to secure a lease property through Archie successfully. We are beyond pleased with the property and Archie’s patience, diligence, and attention to detail. We 100% recommend Archie!!! We will purchase a property within the next year and it will be with Archie!!!

After working with Archie, he is officially part of my core four and you need him too. This year we took a leap and purchased a second home. We decided to work with Archie because he has an investor mentality and has owned multiple properties himself. Archie understood we were looking for properties that needed repairs and helped us envision the repair opportunities and challenges we would have at each property we looked at. He was always on time, came prepared with an info sheet on the property, clipboard, pens to take notes, masks, and hand sanitizer. He even had flashlights for the properties we viewed after the sun went down. When we finally placed an offer, we did not hear from the owners realtor for days. I think most people would think the offer was not accepted and give up, but not Archie. He went above and beyond to get in contact with the realtors agency to ensure we received a response. Long story short, no one knew the other realtor had passed away from COVID. Archie stayed in contact with the agency and made sure our offer did not get lost as they worked to get another realtor assigned to the property. Archie then walked us through the negotiating phase and kept us focused on the numbers. We told Archie what we wanted to spend, and he reminded us of that plan and the goal every step of the way. This resulted in us purchasing the property for exactly what we wanted to pay. YES! Even in this crazy overpriced, over asking housing market, we purchased property at OUR price all because Archie kept us focused on the goal and we listened to his advice and guidance. Archie was the PERFECT real estate agent for my husband and myself. If I had to sum him up in three words professional, exceptional communication, and encouraging. He was ALWAYS professional and well organized and prepared for each house that he showed. His communication was exceptional. I preferred phone calls when we would receive information that we didn't understand as a 1st-time homebuyer and he had no problem explaining it if it was 1 or 100 pages. My husband preferred the text messages, so he was able to communicate with our preferred communication method. He would also follow up to encourage us when we would have moments of doubt and reassure us about the housing process. My husband summed him up in three words patient, encouraging, and honest integrity. He stated that being a 1st time home buyer was heard to be an intense process but with having Archie as our realtor. He was able to be our advocate as long as we communicated our concerns. Overall, Archie made this home buying process run very smoothly and we will ONLY be using him as our realtor in the future for any other real estate needs.
