First and foremost, I am a Real Estate Agent in Middle TN for Benchmark Realty LLC. My Children had a home to sell in Dickinson TX and wanted to upgrade into a bigger New Construction home in the same area. Ive been watching the market and knew it was a Hot market. Angela was an excellent Agent. Should we ever need to leave our new house, she will be the first one we call to get it sold! We found a house we just had to have - she worked with us to prepare and list our old house. Our old house was listed and we had a contract for sale within 24 hours!

Angela was one of two realtors assigned to us by a relocation company. She was very down to earth and friendly. We made a great decision in choosing her. We had to move before our house was on the market and not only did she help stage and have fantastic pictures taken but would go check on the house if there was bad weather or lights left on etc.
She also did a wonderful job giving us good advice on pricing and how to negotiate with the buyers. We would recommend Angela; we really felt she had our back through the entire process.
