The gorgeous granite countertops provide plenty of room to prep and serve meals. The beverage cooler keeps your drinks cold while the huge island provides plenty of storage and seating room. The light fixtures above the island were recently replaced. Whether alone or with friends, your private amenities are nearby and ready to be enjoyed.
There's plenty of room to lounge around and enjoy the pleasant Gulf breeze blowing through the screened enclosures. Chat with guests or watch the game on the TV hidden behind the strut-lifted cabinet hanging on the wall. The nearby elevator provides easy access to all levels of the home.

If you don't want to take the stairs to access the first level of the interior, the elevator provides entry from the ground level outdoor kitchen and all the way up to the top floor.

The frosted glass provides privacy and natural light. The walk-in shower is finished in marble, has dual shower heads, and a bench to sit on. And if you prefer a bath, relax away in the free-standing soaking tub.
Check out those lovely cabinets! Of course it wouldn't be complete without the double sinks and beautiful light fixtures.
In the main area of the top floor is the spacious game room. Gather around and break out the board games for family night or close the blinds and put on a movie. Access to the top level back terrace is through the sliding door. The elevator comes all the way up here and can take you back down to the ground level too.
