Several years ago we purchased our first foreclosed home when relocating to Houston from NYC. Although the home was a foreclosure, it was in great livable condition. We invested some money to renovate and lived in it for 4 years. Once we sold the home, we realized the amount of equity we had built and wanted to duplicate the process. That is where the love of real estate began for me. I loved looking on HAR and searching the web to find our next home to renovate and flip. I enjoyed the hustle of speaking and working with contractors, lenders, etc. My realtor at the time realized my passion and encouraged me to pursue a real estate career. That was 6 years ago, and I've never looked back.


Being an investor before a realtor has provided me with the insight and understanding of the quality and value within a home which I am able to pass along to my clients. Customer driven and focused is at the core of my being. Effective communication is a must in any relationship whether professional or personal.
