My listings average a sold price of 98.9% of the list price (while the market average is almost 5% less), meaning your house is priced, presented, & negotiated to get top dollar. Every piece of your listing and purchase contract are strategically done to help you achieve optimal results. My goal is to aggressively negotiate for you every step of the way and to give you a clear & realistic picture of the journey ahead.
