Originally from the island of Puerto Rico, Alvin has called Houston home for more than 30 years. After graduating from University of Houston-Clear Lake with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration-Accounting, he worked as a real estate sales agent and later became a Broker where he started his own firm D Real Estate Center where he managed the commercial real estate division and sales brokerage office for multi-family units.
