About Allison Grover

Homes Central has provided professional residential real estate services in the Downtown/Midtown area of Houston since February, 1992. Initially the company devoted its full attention to the sale of 278 condominium units. These units which are located in the 2016 Main high-rise condominium building had been acquired by an investor partnership in a block purchase. In 1998, Homes Central began marketing condominium units at The Court at Museums Gate a garden style gated property located at 4004 Montrose. With the successful sale of units in both properties the company’s focus has expanded to other properties in the Downtown/Midtown area, both in sales and leasing. Homes Central remains committed to the premise that the demand for residential housing in Downtown/Midtown will continue to increase. As a pioneer in the sale of residential housing in the area, Homes Central stands ready to assist prospective buyers find the home of their dreams.

Allison Grover is probably the most dedicated realtor I have ever worked with. Among the qualities I have noticed in her:

- She aggressively markets and finds buyers.
- She is very prompt in responding to questions.
- She knows the market and helps you find the best arrangement for your circumstances - she's never tried to rush me to take a quick lowball offer or put me in an uncomfortable circumstance.
- She is very direct about your property's strengths and weaknesses and tells you how you can improve your standing.
