Born in Texas and raised in the Heights, Houston. Alicia has watched the Houston area grow with great advancement and diversity. Having over 10 years of predevelopment, photography and marketing experience. A one woman powerhouse: Alicia has a tremendous advantage when it comes to Real Estate and all the complexities that come along with it. Working with builders, contractors, investors and other agents has given her the opportunity to understand all aspects of the business and is extremely diligent at strategic problem solving and negotiations. From variances to easement encroachments, Alicia knows how to handle any tough project and property with calm and ease. When Alicia isn't busy with all things Real Estate she stays busy with her boys, her goofy German Shepherd, cooking great Mexican food and anything artsy in Houston.
