Welcome to 5120 Longmont #4 ... the last new construction home available in beloved Imber Place, Tanglewood's premiere lock and leave luxury gated community. When you open the front door, this is what you will see! Let's take a tour together.
Let's begin at the entrance of Imber Place. Gas lanterns and black shutters and windows are the trademarks of the gated community. Landscaping in the front is maintained by the HOA so "the look" remains traditional and consistent. We will head to #4 which is at the back of the development on the right. 
The front of #4. Being the end unit allows for ultra privacy! Home also has additional windows along the side allowing for the most beautiful abundant light throughout. Notice also the Romeo and Juliet balcony above the front porch. Greet your guests as they arrive!

This includes study, dining room, family room and primary bedroom. The living spaces all look out on to a lovely courtyard. 
Here is a close up as you walk through the entry. Here you can clearly see the sliding doors which open up to the Charleston style courtyard both from the dining room and the family room. On cool Houston days or evenings, open the doors and bring the outside in!
Moving to the kitchen and family room! This is a gracious space which is the heart of the home! Notice the two story ceiling in the family room. Large, light and lovely!

Take a look at this lovely, lush courtyard with its own fireplace. Completely private, no one looking down on you. Drapes or blinds opening. Here one set of doors is open, the other closed, so you get a visual of how both look. By the way, the center space is artificial turf for year round green and easy upkeep!
All doors opened up - imagine the entertaining options! Here you see the fireplace and the traditional lanterns. Take notice of how large the space actually is. The windows flanking the fireplace are from the primary bedroom which makes a lovely view when you wake up in the morning!
Here is a rendering showing that a splash pool will definitely fit at #4. There is still space for a sitting area in front of the fireplace, as well.
Before we move back inside, here one more professional rendering for another option outside. The wall with the mirror on it may be used by you to create a pergola or summer kitchen. Create a space that works for you!
Heading now to the primary bedroom suite - remember it is also on the first floor! Outside of the bedroom is a convenient, useful desk space are to keep life organized. 
By the desk space, you will also find the already installed elevator which goes to all three floors! Not only has builder provided the elevator, but builder will also provide and install a generator before closing. You will be ready to brave any hurricane or freeze without leaving your beautiful home.

Two ensuite bedrooms (almost as large as the master) are also located on the second floor. Builder is waiting to finish the floors so that the new owner can have exactly what he or she wants!
