Doorway on the right leads to this bedroom's private en-suite bath. Notice on the wall behind the desk is the the mini-split heat AC unit. This is the same high-efficiency mini-split heat pump unit as in the downstairs Primary Suite. This allows the occupants to sleep as cold (or warm) as desired without having to cooling the ENTIRE house.

Backyard at 7514 Valley Laurel has a beautiful swimming pool and spa. Along the breezeway is a retractable awing for additional shade from the sun. Note: Although the pool and spa are heated, there is a comprehensive valve system in place that allows just the spa to be heated, thus allowing the spa to be used throughout the year.
In 2017, the pool was replastered and new decorative tiles were added along the top. There is a waterfall feature as well. Pool uses DE for filtration so no cartridge purchases are required. In 2014, a Ultraviolet reactor was added which provides multiple benefits: minimum use of chlorine for sanitation, less algae, less money for chemicals. In 2014, a variable frequency drive was added to the pump motor package so that the power usage is minimal: 1). 1st hr higher speed to skim debris. 2). next several hrs at slower speed to filter water at a lower velocity.
Charming hexagon-shaped gazebo at the back right corner of the yard is beautifully crafted with bench seating.
