Right from the front entrance, you know that you are in for something special. The graceful arched doorway with custom made front door, elegant gas Bevolo lantern, and copper downspout all hallmarks of a gracious manor home.
Beyond the lovely glass paned front door is this charming entry foyer with high ceilings, stone flooring, and exposed brick walls. In this photo, at left, is entrance into the formal dining room.
To the right of the front door upon entering is a large, fabulous room which may serve as either a formal dining room or a formal library.
Currently used as a formal dining room, this oversized room features tall ceilings, fireplace with large limestone mantelpiece, and built-in shelving and cabinetry. The built-ins and the venetian plaster walls and ceiling are all special finished by Segreto. The chandelier is 18th century Italian and remains with the home.
At either end of this lovely room are large windows which shower the interiors with natural light. Inside of the four lower built-in cabinets are special drawers covered in silver cloth to safely store ones silver and keep it tarnish free. Inside of each shelving area is ambient lighting which is a beautiful look especially at night.
While most of the first level of the home features gorgeous limestone flooring, the formal dining room has a lovely wide plank hardwood flooring. The room is currently set us to seat 8, but could potentially serve up to 12. How elegant on colder nights to have the large fireplace with gas logs heating the room during holiday occasions or dinner parties with friends.
Entering into the kitchen area is always a first time "Wow" at the spectacular design and amenities. Warm, exposed brick walls and limestone flooring contrast with the Segreto finished cabinetry and beamed ceiling.
The center of this gorgeous gourmet kitchen is this oversized center work island with breakfast bar seating for 3 in the front. Note that behind the chairs is more storage via the three sets of cabinets. The top of island is poured concrete, known for its imperviousness to harsh cooking conditions and heat. For die hard bakers, it is an exceptional, large, surface to roll out dough and create. Note: the two Bevolo electric lanterns above.
The cook's pantry is a delight to those who appreciate excellent organization. The extra Kitchen-Aid stainless steel side by side refrigerator/freezer remains. The wall to the left in this photo is very special indeed as not only is it magnetic, but also takes dry erase writing. A great place to set those special recipes or write out a list of ingredients. The transition from the main living area into the bar area. The exposed brickwork is beautifully executed. The fabulous stone flooring carries through most all of the downstairs area.
Full wet bar for entertaining includes Segreto finished cabinetry, under counter refrigerator w/ ice maker, lighted glass inset cabinetry for display, and fabulous climatized wine storage system.
First floor back hallway with Segreto finished plaster walls and ceilings; door out to the rear yard and pool; stairway to second floor. Continuation of stone flooring.
Extremely charming elevator is installed and ready to send you comfortably from floor to floor.
Continuation of the rear hallway with large work desk area. Screened cabinetry on each side of the seating area are actually pet kennels where beds may be placed. Segreto finished cabinetry and excellent storage for computers and printers to keep everything tidy. Door at right is a sizable under stair storage closet. Door at the end of the hallway leads to the fully finished three car attached garage.
Off of the rear hallway is this very convenient and purposeful full bath with exterior door available out to the pool area. This bath has a large shower stall and then a separate laundry area with stack washer and dryer behind a curtain. (look into mirror to see this laundry area). Antique vanity with designer sink and stylish mirror all remain.
On the first level at the rear of the home is this hobby/crafts room which looks out onto the pool area and side yard. Filled with natural light, this room may also be used as a party room or even as a 5th bedroom, if necessary. Note: the window panels and door out to pool accordian back to open the entire space up for direct indoor / outdoor entertaining!
The beautiful, spacious, upper hallway which runs the entirety of the second level of the home. The walls and ceilings are Segreto finished venetian plaster. The flooring is wide plank walnut hardwood. The many windows that line this hallway allow it to be cheerfully filled with natural light most of the day. Note the lovely crown moldings and tall baseboard moldings. In addition to the stairway, there is also the installed elevator for those that need it.
Within the Primary Bathroom shower enclosure is this most unique luxury, an installed foot spa jetted massager to pamper the feet!
The large Primary Suite closet has floor to ceiling storage on three sides including glass panel inset cabinetry to show off your most special purses and accessories. The central packing island has seat to sit and put on shoes as well as cabinet storage under counter. The library rolling ladder helps to reach those items at the top and the ladder can be moved to the other side to perform the same. As always, great lighting, beautiful finishes, and wide plank hardwood flooring.
The long upstairs hallway looking towards the additional bedrooms wing is showered in natural light from the series of large windows which follow down the hall. The proportions are excellent and spacious. As with most of the home, the walls and ceilings are Segreto plaster finishes. There is thick double crown moldings above and tall baseboards below capping off the warm colored, wide plank, hardwood flooring.
The upstairs utility room has excellent storage on both sides. There is a folding counter to the left and then a very special sink on the right. The sink is essentially a jetted spa for washing delicates. An amazing feature! There is space for full size washer and dryer. The walls are covered in designer wallpaper or white subway tile. The flooring is a very lively tile pattern. Even the laundry area has great style!
Bedroom Suite #2 has a more feminine stylish vibe with pale pink Segreto finished plaster walls and ceiling. The walls are a beautiful complement to the wide crown moldings and deep baseboard moldings. The door shown to the right enters into the charming en-suite full bath. There is another doorway at the right before the large piece of furniture. That doorway leads into a sizable walk-in closet.
The bath for bedroom #2 is vibrant with the color and style of this designer wallpaper. There is the marble topped single vanity with sink fixture, wall mirror, and two lighted sconces. Behind is a tub and then commode. The flooring is penny tile in a tasteful design. 
Bedroom Suite #3 is a very generously sized room with Segreto finished venetian plaster walls & ceiling and then wide plank hardwood flooring below. It has a spacious closet and an en-suite bath.
The bright, cheerful bath features large shower with frameless glass door; custom marble topped vanity with single sink; charming tile flooring; sconce lighting; water closet; and extra storage.
Bedroom Suite #4 is hardly to be believed at how large and spacious it is. Showered with natural light on three sides, the room has high ceilings, wide plank hardwood flooring. and Segreto finished venetian plaster walls & ceiling. This really could be considered as a second Primary Suite, it is so grand.
The luxurious ensuite bath for Bedroom Suite #4 is as if straight out of a spa! There is beautiful marble flooring below and custom cabinetry topped by similar marble. Dual sinks w/ designer hardware and exceptional storage. To the right is a walk-in closet. As with all of these rooms, notice the gorgeous double crown moldings and tall baseboards throughout. 
The rest of this fabulous bathroom consists of a large marble shower with frameless glass enclosure as well as a luxurious soaking tub to melt the stress away. Both clad in beautiful marble surround.
