Ok - let's visit the mansion itself. Welcome to 200 Phillips St. These grand stairs and columns are truly spectacular.

To the right of the entrance is the lounge area. Perfect for guest to wait or have a cocktail in the evening. Again, all furnishings included.
The dining room. Currently being used as a conference room but can easily be used to serve breakfasts or intimate meals if wanted.
Another sitting area that is currently being used as office space. Massive brick fireplace. Separate smaller office space through door to left and kitchen and breakfast / prep area is to the left of that.
Back entrance and back stairway. Door to right is a swing door into the kitchen. Downstairs bathroom with freestanding tub located straight ahead.
Now we are on the second floor. The wood floors in this house are truly amazing. All bedrooms are set up ready for new buyer to turn this back into money making B&B if wanted. This room has a fireplace and en-suite bathroom.
