Born in Israel to Dutch parents, I spent my childhood in Daytona Beach, Florida, where I discovered my passion for sea and water sports. From surfing to kitesurfing, windsurfing, and wakeboarding, my love for these activities has been a constant thread in my life, shaping my adventurous spirit.



Upon completing my studies, I moved to Barcelona, Spain, before settling in the Netherlands in 2015 with my Russian girlfriend, now my wife. In the Netherlands, I embarked on my real estate journey. Over the years, I've cultivated a deep understanding of the real estate landscape, leveraging my experience in corporate settings and business development to excel in the field. In 2022, a promising job opportunity led us to Houston, a decision that has proven to be the best move for our family.



As a dedicated real estate professional, my true fulfillment comes from helping individuals find their ideal homes. Beyond my work, I also manage a portfolio of rental properties, staying attuned to the latest trends and developments in the real estate market. Estelle Elles was born in South Africa, and completed a Law Degree before joining the South African Foreign Service. In 1983 Estelle was transferred to Houston and worked as Vice Consul. She married a Texan, Jim Elles. Jim is a licensed Realtor. In 1987 Estelle got her Real Estate license and has been active in all aspects of residential real estate. She enjoys working with buyers and sellers in all areas of Houston and surrounding communities. When working with relocation clients, she likes to give them a broad overview of Houston, and then finds a property that will best fit their needs and lifestyle.
