When I moved to The Woodlands in the Summer of '87, the day after I bought my first home in Grogan's Mill, I ripped out the entire downstairs and proceeded to remodel it for the next year and a half and because I was on a tight budget, I did all the work myself and learned the hard way through sweat, blood, and tears.
