The grounds are impeccably maintained by the homeowners association. The front of the house faces a pond with a deck for fishing and an expansive communal grounds. Lots of green spaces around the property.

Breathtaking views of the Gulf of Mexico. One can hear the laughter of the children in the beach. They can freely play without worrying about cars driving on the expansive beach. Lots of room to spread out since the beach is shared with other invited guests of Pointe West.
This is the view from the first floor balcony. 
Excellent view of the sky, gulf, beach, dunes, wetlands, pedestrian bridge and yard. The house is three houses away from the ramp pedestrian bridge. The bicycles can be ridden on this bridge onto the beach for a fun afternoon of light exercise or recreation.
So Serene is three houses from the bridge. This bridge has steps and makes an excellent spot for Christmas portraits.
Master bedroom is upstairs with more panoramic views, a private balcony and its own separate climate control thermostat. The house has three climate control zones throughout the house.
The primary bedroom is very spacious and can accommodate a desk area or a seating area in the room. It has its own TV for viewing same cable channels as downstairs.
The en-suite master bathroom features double vanities, walk-in shower and garden tub with on demand hot water.

New electric meter and surge protector for the house were installed in 2020 to protect appliances and electrical equipment in case there is a power surge due to thunderstorms. They were profesionally installed by local electrical company with city of Galveston permits.
In 2020 the a/c enclosure was fortified with two piers to further support the enclosure. In 2021 a new a/c condenser was installed. A new heater was also installed in 2021. New ductwork with three climate zones and attic ventilation were installed in January of 2022.
New flooring was installed in October of 2021. The old tiles were removed, a new subfloor was installed and a new engineered high resistance wooden floor was installed, creating a smooth finish.
Access to the Pointe West Beach Club is one of the amenities included in the quarterly maintenance fee. During the summer, the Point West office organizes bands and activities for families to enjoy.
There is a gameroom in the Pointe West Beach Club with many games and sitting area for hanging out. This gameroom is open for owners and guests to enjoy.
Well maintained common areas throughtout the Pointe West Beach Club including a bar and grill, restaurant, gym, gameroom, pools, hot tub and private owners' lounge.
Beautiful pool deck, hot tub, pool, loungers, gazebos, and grilling areas are included in the owners membership to the Point West Beach Club.
