Welcome to 3923 6th Street. This beach house is located on the West end of Galveston Island on a HUGE lot, just under 1/2 acre so there's plenty of room for your family and friends to enjoy "Island Time" with you!
A good indication as to the location on the "bay side". Just a short walk away. You will also notice the metal roof, four-sided deck (fully covered on one side). It is also a short walk to Gulf side.

This home is open concept, plenty of windows, lovely moldings throughout. STORM windows have been installed so no need to worry about boarding up. In this shot furniture included are the couch, loveseat, coverings, end tables, tv, stand below tv and the boat-shaped shelf (showing in the next pic).

The kitchen is a galley style with a large Island that houses the dishwasher and sink. 6 bar stools are included. The kitchen is equipped with pots, pans, silverware, dishes. Ready for you to come and enjoy Island Life!
The stairs lead to the back door. The elevated cabinetry on the left houses the internet, cable and a utility closet. To the right of the door is a full secondary bath. The two doors to the right house the washer/dryer (included) and the furnace. There is an entrance bench included (not showing). There is also a pre-wired subpanel for generator use.
The secondary bath has a nice sized shower. The white strip on the wall is a "hidden" storage space.

Corian countertops adorn the kitchen. The stove and oven is LP. The built-in microwave is a convection oven as well. 6 large stools can fit on the nook (included).

There is plenty of room in this kitchen for more than one cook due to it's length. A tankless hot water heater is equipped in this home.

In this view you will notice the stairs and under the house is 8ft clearance. There is a landing on the stairs about half way up as you turn the corner. RING high resolution video camera is all set up so you can view the back of the home remotely. It focuses on the back door. There is also a NEST smart thermostat and a NEST smart lock. Securely accessible from anywhere across the internet.
Under the house gives you a good idea just how large the lot is. There is a plug for your RV or EV already installed. 
The home office is a flex room, currently used as the second bedroom and comes with the strong wood bunkbeds, bedding and bench. There is an ethernet jack in all major areas of the house.

This is the covered side of the outdoor deck. The large deck is approximately1028 sq. ft.
