The spacious primary bedroom has a wall of windows with a door leading to the private deck overlooking the beach. The vaulted ceiling is covered in shiplap for a beachy design touch. The black-out drapes completely cover the window wall and offer almost complete darkness for a good night sleep.
The home was intentionally designed with the primary bedroom on the first living level for owner convenience and full time living. The primary bedroom suite also has it's own 2-ton AC unit for temperature control separate from the rest of the first floor.
