Entry doors were replaced by current owners with a contemporary style door of iron and glass. 
The walk in bar was designed by Don Connelly of AREA and alludes sex appeal. The leathered stone is sourced from Walker Zanger. Behind the bar is ample storage and has both an under counter beverage center and wine cooler. Not shown is a door to the left that provides access to an under stairway storage closet. 
Upon entering the front door the wide open spaces are inviting with views to the outdoor space that is enclosed by a curved brick wall. The openness is further accentuated by the high ceilings and exposed beams. Patio hardscape and landscape by Ted Gregory.
The current owner designed the dining room to have the feel of a high end restaurant by installing a lush banquette that can be left with the house.

View from dining to kitchen. The ladder is decorative and functional. Some kitchen cabinets are only accessible by the ladder and are great for storing items not used very often. Behind the double door is a large walk-in pantry.
The recently updated kitchen has a dining island. The stone counters are slab, sourced from Walker Zanger. Double convection ovens, shaker style cabinets, and gas range are just a few of the kitchen amenities.

The second outdoor space is located just off the kitchen. A gas line and water faucet are installed and the size of the patio could easily accommodate both a grill and a bistro table. A drain in the patio flooring keeps water from accumulating.

The front patio is spacious and the brick wall provides privacy. The settings lovely with views overhead of Oak tree branches.
The first floor powder room boasts a furniture style vanity with Carrara marble counter sourced from Westheimer Plumbing. The faucet has a polished nickel finish. The wall stenciling is the work of Segreto Finishes. 
The well-placed stairway is in the center of the home and the result leads to less wasted space in hallways. Please note the hand-forged iron railing and wood treads. A skylight overhead provides natural light and has been replaced by the sellers with a high-efficiency model. Most of the second floor has engineered wood flooring with a grayed French Oak finish by AR floors. 
The second floor en-suite guest room is spacious in size and offers doors to a back balcony. 
The guest bathroom offers Carrera marble counters, polished nickel faucet and cabinet hardware, and a shower tub combination. Wall stenciling by Segreto Finishes. 
The third bedroom was transformed into a second floor den but can be easily converted back. A wall of shelves and a gas fireplace provide a cozy spot for watching TV and having morning coffee. Doors lead to a back patio and a full bath with a shower is attached. 
The third bedroom/den bath is large in size with a shower and toilet behind shutter style doors.

The primary suite is truly luxurious. Amenities include a vaulted ceiling three balcony areas, gas log fireplace, and no shortage of closet space.

All the doors in the house have been replaced with solid core and most headers were raised to accommodate 8’ doors. The door hardware is solid brass with a polished nickel finish.

This flexible space in the primary bedroom is currently being used as a home office but would easily accommodate a Pelaton/gym equipment or could be used as a relaxation/meditation space. The doors lead to a large outdoor balcony and the space provides zen views of mature oak trees. 
The well-designed bathroom plan tucks the shower out of site. As one enters the room their first view is of the tub and pretty shelves. A mirrored wall provides a reflection of natural light from skylight above and the vaulted ceiling provides drama. 
To the right are two floating sinks with Onyx counters that are anchored to architectural slabs of Crema Marfil marble. The mirror front medicine cabinets provide a space for personal hygiene items. A vanity with knee space has ample storage for cosmetics.

The back view of the home shows the recently replaced iron and glass garage door. The lifetime standing-seam metal roof was replaced by the current owner as was a complete replacement of both HVAC units. Remodeled townhouse sits within the 24/7 manned guard gate of River Hollow.
