Welcome to Unit 9-K. ALL kitchen appliances, fridge, dishwasher, Thermador oven, microwave, a/c unit and water heater were replaced in 2018. Granite countertops, glass tile backsplash and under cabinet LED lighting.

The Dining Area has a wonderful view in the evening, or actually any time, but the lights at night add a little something, as do early sunrises. This space could easily seat eight for dinner and has recessed lighting and a Baccarat crystal chandelier, which is negotiable. To the left side is the guest powder room which is a full bathroom with shower.
This is the first full bathroom used as a guest powder room, but useful for overnight guests who sleep on the pull out sofa! Updated tiled shower, floor and granite countertop.

The balcony is of generous size and is so beautiful in the mornings. Once the sun goes over the building at noon, there is a nice breeze which is so refreshing. So a happy place, for coffee or cocktails!
The balcony view where Main Street and the light rail train cross the bayou. Sometimes you can see the gas flares in Pasadena and great moon phase views.
Upstairs looking down to the Living Space below, the balcony doors on the right side. Note, there are no doors or walls to this loft bedroom which allows for openness and a feeling of more space.
New wood tile floors and very old original ceiling, very similar to that found in the Cistern which opened to the public not long ago. There is track lighting and two small closets, one of either side of the bed, seen here with a sliding barn style door. The door to the right leads into the bathroom.
The bathroom was finished at the end of 2020 and has a large walk-in shower, with tiled floor and quartz counters.
This bathroom does have double vanities and it's own door for privacy. A large walk-in closet leads off the bathroom. This closet was built by previous owner and is very rare to have a closet of this size in the building.
This is a custom built walk-in closet. More exposed brick on the exterior walls, tiled all the way through from the bathroom. Quite a bit of storage room too above.
915 Franklin Street home of the BAYOU LOFTS. The former Southern Pacific Railroad building which is a designated historic building. Several commercial businesses, restaurants etc. On the corner of Travis at this end and Main street at the end of the block to the right side. BAYOU LOFTS is lit up in red lights on the top of the building so you can find your way home, along with our proud flag.
Bayou Lofts lobby and historic photos are reminiscent of days gone by. The HOA fees include building and grounds insurance and upkeep, Cable TV, Concierge, Limited Access, Rooftop Pool, Gym, Trash pick up from your door, Water, Sewer and Gas. We also have an on-site building manager. The Concierge will call you when your visitors arrive, hold packages for you and even arrange dry cleaning pick-up.
Also a part of the entrance lobby is the old Watchmaker Shop which is now a bar but, for security reasons, the entrance is outside on Franklin Street. The original antique mail box to the right side is our new suggestion box for the HOA. HOA fees include water, sewer, trash, gas, building internet, concierge, on-site manager, grounds and common area insurance. 
On the first floor is our exercise room filled with all sorts of machines and a free weights area with mats and benches. And a huge TV to entertain you while you work up a sweat.
Our Rooftop cocktail pool and deck along with gas grills and a firepit for all to enjoy. Enjoy the beautiful sunsets from here with your friends. 
Only a block away is Allen's Landing where Houston was founded by the Allen Brothers. This is Buffalo Bayou where it bifurcates with White Oak Bayou to the right, and Buffalo Bayou continues round to the left. There are hike/bike trails that start here and go to Memorial Park and The Heights, or as far as you want to go!
At Allen's Landing the ships would dock and unload their cargoes all the way back to 1836.
Another block in the other direction will bring you to bustling Market Square, where Blanket Bingo takes place, Movies are screened , markets and concerts enjoyed! There are two dog parks here too, for large and small dogs. Niko Niko has a permanent standing food both with tables and chairs to use. Alwyas busy at weekends.
You will see historic buildings everwhere, the Hearsay has survived several fires in years gone by and is one of the many great places to eat, inside or outside.
