Galveston is a very special place to me . Many generations of family born and raised BOI's . Businesses made up of family and friends our local friendly small town charm definitely is one that inspires me to help bring new generations to a place to call home .Our kids are the future where we live and who we know to grow up with is key to build friendships and life long memories .

I was born in Missouri, and relocated with my family to the Houston/Clear Lake area as a child. I have 2 children who attended school in CCISD and 1 grandchild. My daughter/granddaughter live in a nearby community and my son is in the U.S. Navy.

I pursued a career in the multi family industry shortly after graduating, and spent 15 years working my way up from leasing to management. I lead my teams to success and received many awards throughout my career. While continuing to work in the property management field, I pursued my dream of becoming a Realtor. I received my license in 2009 and continued to work, eventually transitioning into single home property management, and working with companies such as HomeVestors and American Homes 4 Rent. This has given me expertise in many areas, such as buying, selling, renting, house flipping, managing investment properties, etc. I have been dedicated fulltime to Real Estate since 2011.

Having graduated from La Porte High School and raised in the La Porte /Clear Lake area, I am more than knowledgeable of the Harris and Galveston County market. Furthermore, having worked in the multi family industry, with real estate companies and private investors (such as HomeVestors), I can assist in other areas of purchasing a rental or flip property.

This hands-on experience has enabled me to perfect my people skills. These skills have proven to be invaluable as I realize my passion for assisting buyers and sellers in a real estate transaction.

Oueteka Estelle Marshall, born in 1983, began her journey in the world of real estate in a unique way. She was adopted by the Bells in 1990, and little did she know that her life would be forever intertwined with the world of property. Her adoptive parents, both Real Estate Brokers, provided her with an early exposure to the intricacies of the real estate market. Becoming the office secretary at 13, taught her responsibilities of all parts of real estate at a young age. Soon all 7 of her siblings had their real estate license. At one point the family ate, drank, and dreamt real estate as a tight knit family! She admires the understanding to be organized, 100% of the time, and thorough.
