I am a 3rd generation native Houstonian and moved to the Willis/Conroe/Woodlands area over 30 years ago! I love this area and am very familiar with the real estate market in and all around Houston.

Being in real estate for over 25 years, and working with several builders, always representing buyers.

I joined TEAMSINISI Real Estate Group, Keller Williams, The Woodlands/Magnolia in December of 2014.

Kathryn "Katie" was born and raised in Houston, Texas and loves the city and its surrounding communities. She has a great passion and love for the great state of Texas. She is high energy, organized and brings excitement to assisting each and every client through the home buying and selling process.

Katie is a proud graduate of Texas State University and has ten years of experience in the Oil and Gas Industry as a purchasing and contracts manager that directly helps her navigate through the real estate market.

Katie is married and the mother of three children. She enjoys running, hunting, the beach, the outdoors, watching her kiddos play sports, and any time she can get with her friends and family. She is an ambassador for Texas Children's Hospital, serves as the Vice President for the Magnolia Education Foundation, is a PTO board member at her children's school and volunteers for many other foundations and activities within the community.
