Nikki's experience hasn't always been in real estate. She spent almost ten years working for the city of Houston in public relations. Working for the city of Houston gave Nikki the opportunity to explore the ends and outs of various neighborhoods and communities. It is only natural that Nikki would combine her knowledge of Houston, with her love for helping people to develop a successful real estate business.

Nikki is married to a loving and supporting husband, and has three beautiful daughters. She graduated form Texas Southern University with a Bachelors in psychology and later from Prairie View A & M University with her Masters degree. Her affinity for knowledge is what keeps Nikki abreast with what is going on in the world of real estate. Nikki spends her free time with friends and family making a lifetime of memories. Some of Nikki's interest and hobbies include, trail riding, dancing, bowling, and attending the Houston Texas football games.

Courtney Peters is a native Houstonian who has a passion for helping her clients find and sell their homes. Born and raised in Houston, her knowledge of the city, marketing and sales background, and remodeling experience makes her a well-rounded real estate professional. Courtney graduated from The University of Texas with a degree in Advertising, and went to work as an Account Executive at Cox Media Group. After three years of a successful career in media sales, she purchased her first fixer upper home. While going through the home buying and remodeling process, she fell in love with real estate and knew it was time pursue her dream to help otherswhether that be selling their home, or purchasing the home of their dreams. She actively continues to remodel homes, but gets the most joy out of helping to meet her client's real estate needs. Her love for remodeling and eye for design benefits her clients as she helps them find the perfect home. Courtney's background in marketing and sales has been crucial when representing sellers. She has always been an expert negotiator and works to get the deal done on her client's behalf.
