What do you tell a buyer when the survey shows that the HOA fence is 8 feet inside their property line?


I would think it would be something that the new buyer is going to have to take up with the HOA. If it is just like that on this one property (versus the whole street for example) I would assume you would have a better chance in getting the HOA to resolve more...Posted 9 years ago

If the survey from the seller''s is incorrect, how can it be corrected, so the buyer will not pay taxes on the property they do not own?
