I would like to buy a town home, the seller has claimed 65 and over tax exemption . Do I have to Pay past taxes ?


Darby is correct but you should also be aware that your taxes (assuming you are not able to claim the 65 and over exemption) will likely increase in the following year thus making your monthly payment increase.Posted 9 years ago

Is there a way to use HAR to search for patio homes?


Not really. You can search by smaller lot size. Your best bet is to work with an agent with knowledge of the area you want to live in. They should be able to point you towards the neighborhoods that contain patio homes. I would be happy to help if more...Posted 9 years ago
